American Wagyu Beef is Coming to Your Area.

We ask exactly one question: Would you buy our non-GMO American F1 Wagyu if we were to start a regular drop-off in the Corning/Elmira area?

We are a family-owned company and own 100% of our cows live at the ranch. We can only bring our wagyu to Corning if enough people tell us they want better beef. We intend to sell our American F1 Wagyu at $10.99/lb (this distruption has never before been done), and have no middleman. All processing done at USDA plants; all labels/claims USDA approved; all of our Fullblood cattle are USDA registered Japanese Fullblood Wagyu with high-Tajima influence.

Our steaks sell for $60-$80/steak today in Manhattan restaurants. This offer has never been made, anywhere. We own all of our cows LIVE, and every U.S. family-ranch partner is held to the highest contractual standards via signed/maintained affidavits. All beef you buy from us in production will be slaughtered approximately 21 days before shipped to you (we keep no inventory). All pricing is for boxed-beef end-weight (you will-not be paying-for the fat or the bones).
